We are delighted to offer a fabulous selection of fabulous Barolo and Barbaresco from top vintages of the 1990’s. There are a range of rare wines from the very best Estate’s and featuring a range of magnificent large formats. These include Sandrone’s Cannubi Boschis in Magnum and Double-Magnum along with stunning examples from Angelo Gaja spanning both Barolo and Barbaresco including Sori Tildin 1990 and 1995 in 3L Double-Magnum and a 5L Jeroboam of 1996 Sperss.

There are a handful of amazing wines from Bruno Giacosa including a 6 bottle original wooden case of 1996 Barolo Riserva Falletto di Serralunga with its amazing perfume and intensity along with Barbaresco Riserva Asili 1990 and then 1996 in Magnum, both as fine as it gets. There are also single Magnums of Aldo Conterno’s flagship Barolo Riserva Granbussia from 1990 and Bartolo Mascarello 1996 Barolo. Both are classic examples.

These majestic wines are powerful, nuanced and long-lived and they are now drinking beautifully, though in most cases (especially, the large formats) they have plenty more to offer over the years.
