Based in Vertus at the southern flank of the Cote des Blancs, Guy Larmandier quickly established itself as one of the leading top quality “grower” Champagnes with their expressive style, marrying seductive floral aromas and generous rich flavours with great definition and elegance. Guy Larmandier has 9ha including top Grand Cru parcels in Cramant and Chouilly and Premier Cru vines in Vertus and Cuis. The wines are aged for a minimum of 36 months on their lees with the 2009 Cuvee Signe Francois aged for 60 months, These are exquisite Blanc de Blancs Champagnes that are beautifully crafted and offer genuine value for money, especially given the exceptional level of quality.

The Grand Cru Cuvee La Perlée is a seductive Blanc de Blancs, pale gold in colour with bright aromas of white flowers, orchard fruits, hazelnuts, candied citrus, honey and baked pasty. The wine literally caresses the palate with its pronounced exuberant personality with deep and long flavours showing great finesse and balance. NV Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Cramant Brut
The Grand Cru Cramant is absolutely text-book top flight Blanc de Blancs from Larmandier’s holdings in the village of Cramant. It displays a heady bouquet mixing floral elements, ripe pears and apples along with brioche and honey. 2009 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Signé Francois Vieilles Vignes
The prestige Cuvee Grand Cru Signe Francois is made from Larmandier’s oldest Chardonnay parcels in Cramant and is aged on their lees for five years. It has extraordinary richness and depth with notes of tarte-tatin, ripe pears, figs and sweet citrus with a fresh streak of minerality. Drinking beautifully now, but will continue to age wonderfully.
